Docent Training Classes for Historic Fenyes Mansion:The Pasadena Museum of History is now taking applications for new volunteers to participate in a winter/spring docent training class for the Fenyes Mansion, located at the corner of Orange Grove and Walnut, Pasadena. Learn about this exquisite 100-year-old Beaux Arts Mansion on Pasadena's "Millionaire's Row." From the stories of the four generations of strong women who lived in the house, to the large collection of plein air paintings, to the original furnishings and books, there is a wealth of intriguing objects and tales in the story of this landmark residence. Training: Training involves attendance at eight Monday morning sessions: February 25, March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, and April 7, 14. All sessions are from 9:30 am-12:00 pm.
